The team — David, Tanya, Erika and Chris — were fantastic. They worked hard and left the flat spotless. Chris did an excellent job with the steam cleaning of the carpets and sofa, while the rest of the crew took care of the kitchen, oven, bathrooms and all the details across the flat. They even helped me pack up a few last bits as I was rushing to move out, which was a huge help.

Fantastic service from the guys at T&M Cleaning Services. Had a very short notice end of tenency clean required and the guys fit me in with under 24 hours notice. Michael was very informative and kept me in the loop regarding everything that was required. The guys were punctual and on time. I have 0 complaints. We recently had T&M Cleaning Services do a post-tenancy clean for us. They did an excellent job. Michael was very clear with us about what the post-tenacy clean involved, taking time to explain everything. He provided updates on progress during the clean which was very helpful for managing our day & the house clearance team which was also coming on the same day. The appliances looked new when the team was finished. They just did a fantastic job. We can't praise them enough and would recommend them without any reservations. The price was very fair, too!

T&M promptly completed an outstanding end of tenancy clean for our rental property. Dezi who completed the derp clean was professional and friendly, and left the property immaculate! We cannot get over the difference she made from steam cleaning the carpets - we would rate Dezi 5 stars! We had an After Builders Clean on a newly refurbished flat. Very good service, arrived on time. Flat was beautifully cleaned. Will definitely use again.
I was moving out of my 2 bed flat and wanted to get the cleaning done the next day. The catch was that the packed boxes will be in the flat during the cleaning as the actual move had to happen the day after. I reached out to T&M cleaning and spoke to Michael. I explained to him my situation and requirement. He was professional on the phone, understood the ask and agreed to do the cleaning as per my timeline. He gave a competitive quote.
On the day 2 cleaners came. They were late by couple of hours because of a previous job overrunning. Michael informed me of the delay and gave me new time of their arrival which was correct. Chris did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning our bedroom carpet, hall and stairs carpet and our double oven. He worked around my mother, who is bed-ridden, and we both felt very comfortable in his presence. I couldn’t have asked for a more diligent person and he worked flat-out for nearly 4 hours. I called Michael on Thursday with my requirements and Chris was booked in 2 days later. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
